Everything you need to know!

  • You may reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

    Any cancellations within the 48 hours will result in being charged for the FULL price of the service.

    A reminder text / email will be sent out 24 hours before appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled, and you must rebook with a new deposit.

  • Please be ready on time! All clients will have a 15 min grace period if late w/no charge. If a client is more than 15 late, you will be charged a $25 late fee. If you are 15-30 minutes late you will be charged $50, have to reschedule, and place a new deposit for new appointment.

    After 30 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 50% of your service(s).

    No call / no shows will be charged full price.

  • Refunds will not be provided.

  • A non-refundable deposit of is due at time of booking.

    Deposit goes towards the total cost of your spa service. Remaining is due day of service.

    Card information will be collected at time of booking for full price or deposit sue now via preferred payment options. If only the deposit was received, you must pay full price at start of service.
